The photos 馃摳 are my entry to the #monomad contest from @monochromes and

Greetings, Hivers.
Last Monday I picked up the developed film from the last roll I shot: a Kodak Tri-X that had been expired for several years. Honestly, I wasn't too worried. Tri-X is one of those films that, no matter how expired it is, always seems willing to give you an image.
I鈥檓 going to divide this roll into about three posts so I don鈥檛 bore you too much. 馃槄 I鈥檓 really happy to say that almost every frame came out well, and that makes me especially pleased.
The photographs I鈥檓 sharing today are some of the analog shots I took during a rehearsal of the Persefone theater group. It was a wonderful experience. Watching the actors prepare, get into character and live that moment before going on stage was simply fantastic.
And then there are those little imperfections that give analog photography its special magic: scratches, small traces of fungus on the film, dried water droplets left after development, and those marks that, far from ruining the images, give them a unique character.
Because that is also part of shooting on film. Every roll has its own story and, sometimes, its own scars.
I hope you enjoy these images as much as I enjoyed making them.
Enjoy.
Saludos, Hivers.
Disfr煤tenlas.
