In black and white photography, contrast is essential. It is in the areas of greatest contrast where the focus of attention settles, where the gaze finds a pause and begins to build meaning. Light and shadow stop being mere technical elements and become language, intention, emotion.
That is where the image truly happens. Not in what is plainly shown, but in that silent dialogue between blacks and whites that guides the viewer almost without them noticing. It is in that balance where the photograph breathes and comes to life.

En la fotograf铆a en blanco y negro el contraste es fundamental. Es en las 谩reas de m谩s contraste donde se centra el foco de atenci贸n, donde la mirada encuentra una pausa y comienza a construir sentido. La luz y la sombra dejan de ser simples elementos t茅cnicos para convertirse en lenguaje, en intenci贸n, en emoci贸n.
Ah铆 es donde realmente ocurre la imagen. No en lo que se muestra de forma evidente, sino en ese di谩logo silencioso entre blancos y negros que gu铆a al espectador sin que apenas lo note. Es en ese equilibrio donde la fotograf铆a respira y cobra vida.
