Hive Fest 2022 - Boat trip, beers and Venue Day two...

So shortly after the talks ended on day one and a few cheeky beers and a lot of nuts....

We were herded to a couple of boats for a tour of Amsterdam from the canals...

And more beers which made all us drinkers even happier than we were already...

Petanque and Hand of God

Then on to tbe Petanque bar where Team UK suffered a Hand of God moment to.be beaten by The Germans (and their tape measure)...

I'd been having issues with my data not working post daytime venue but thankfully I was able to do an A-team style DIY creation of a SIM tray dibber fashioned from a piece of our Petanque medals (awarded to all - so WOKE appeased.)

I bailed at around 21.30 (may have been a little later) - too many beers and too large a chicken dinner...

Into day two...

I got a nice 7.5 hrs sleep, walked to venue two - an awesome church somewhere in the middle of Amsterdam...

And got stuck into some coffee and many, many munchies...

And then it was into the talks and chats inbetween and it's been another good day featurig an uodate from @livinguktaiwan on @ocd - felt like going back to the classic use case for hive....

@steevc gave us a nice musical interlude during the first break - he was clearly itching to get on stage and fair play, win-win!

And a tech-inspirational talk from @arcange - new tech enabling us to login to Hive dapps on public machines or new devices with just Key Chain and no need to enter keys!

And we got Hivean made beetroot soup for lunch - delicious and Vits...

And an obligatory selfie with Crim to round up....

And that's just pre-lunch and tbe wine is already on the tables for the pre-Beer Saturday loading.....

If I wake up wout a hangover tomo it'll be a Euro Miracle!
