Writing Club Contest - Life as Magic // Concurso Club de Escritura - La vida como magia [Eng/Esp]
It was in the afternoon, not sunny but it was ought to rain, I admire the moment and seeing myself with Lovina was more of a magical moment, she held me tightly and we walked holding each other's hands.
She asked that i took her to the beautiful beer bar in town, I smile because I was ever ready to rock and to show her how beautiful is my city, it was her first time to visit my city, after our graduation, for so many years, we part ways, who would have thought we could have gotten back together like nothing has ever happened between us, that makes us to hurt each other's feelings, but what can we do, the heart wants what it want, until it stays where it lonely for, is when it would have blissful.
Lovina was a city lady and not like me who stays in a local area but I was highly intelligent when it comes to how to treat a lady and to make her feel alright, I knew that Lovina being someone who stays in the city would not fancy a classic bar, we are all humans, beautiful bar may be what she sees everyday in the city, so I decided to take her to a local bar where we could have access to local made wine and locale made hot drink "kaikai" these two set of drinks can easily turn you off.
So, i caution Lovina to drink responsibly as these drinks are not the usual ones she is used to in the city, On that day, an artiste was there at the Ikono drinking bar to perform some of his songs, entertained and to make the bar lively, which most of his songs were good for the moment, they were high life songs, it was so amazing, it thrilled me to see that Lovina was much excited and happy on that night and said thank you for treating me to this kind of fun place.
It sure put a smile on my face and do you know what next i do? I got up and walked like a tiger, like I am a core guy man who knows all and how to make one happy, we drinks and we had enough, here it was, 11:25 PM, Lovina asked us to take our leave, as she was feeling sleepy, It was three kilometers away from my resident, as we were going on our way, I hear Lovina whispering to my hear, "Happy New year, My Love" honestly it slipped my mind, as I didn't remember the time of the year we were anymore, I was full of happiness.
"I wish you the same dear" I replied to her.
And she falls back to sleep again, I look at my time, it was a minute pass twelve o'clock, I wonder if she was sleeping or not, what surprised me more was when she asked me to stop the car, then open the car boat and brought out two fireworks, blow it up in the air and gave me the other one to do the same, it was done, she hugged me saying " this is to remember our love and to forgive and forget whatsoever may have hurt us in the past". her words were so touching to my soul and it remains magical up till today.
I need no words to explained how i felt at that moment, I was so excited that I could look into her eyes, till I see the running river, I told her it was not her fault, rather I am to be blamed, what more do I need to see if she could prove her love and care to me up to this extent.
"Lovina! magic are just words, but our engagement today is one of a kind", I said to her.
"Thank you for your words" she replied.
In the morning, she was determined to learn my language, one thing about me is that, I am a good teacher, I know methods to use inorder to Impacts knowledge inside of you and Lovina on the other hand was a fast learner, it was not up to a week she could speak the dialact and flow very well with it, it was a thing of joy also to me, since I do not have to speak much english at times but our dialect which Lovina could also understand, everything went according to plan till the time, I woke up and realized that it was all a dream, I beat myself for it and since ever, I have been praying for this kind of dream to come.

Era por la tarde, no hacía sol pero debía llover, admiro el momento y verme con Lovina fue más bien un momento mágico, ella me abrazó fuerte y caminamos tomados de la mano.
Me pidió que la llevara al hermoso bar de cervezas de la ciudad, sonreí porque estaba siempre dispuesto a rockear y a mostrarle lo hermosa que es mi ciudad, era la primera vez que visitaba mi ciudad, después de nuestra graduación, por tantos años, nos separamos, quién iba a pensar que podíamos volver a estar juntos como si nada hubiera pasado entre nosotros, que nos hace herir los sentimientos del otro, pero qué le vamos a hacer, el corazón quiere lo que quiere, hasta que se queda donde se siente solo, es cuando tendría la dicha.
Lovina era una dama de la ciudad y no como yo que se queda en una zona local, pero yo era muy inteligente cuando se trata de cómo tratar a una dama y hacer que se sienta bien, yo sabía que Lovina siendo alguien que se queda en la ciudad no le apetece un bar clásico, todos somos humanos, hermoso bar puede ser lo que ve todos los días en la ciudad, así que decidí llevarla a un bar local donde podríamos tener acceso a vino hecho local y local hecho bebida caliente "kaikai" estos dos conjunto de bebidas puede fácilmente apagar.
Ese día, un artista estaba en el bar de copas Ikono para interpretar algunas de sus canciones, entretener y animar el bar, la mayoría de sus canciones eran buenas para el momento, eran canciones de alta calidad de vida, fue increíble, me emocionó ver que Lovina estaba muy emocionada y feliz esa noche y dijo gracias por invitarme a este tipo de lugar divertido.
Eso me hizo sonreír y ¿saben lo que hice después? Me levanté y caminé como un tigre, como si fuera un hombre de núcleo que sabe todo y cómo hacer a uno feliz, bebemos y tuvimos suficiente, aquí fue, 11:25 PM, Lovina pidió que nos despidiéramos, ya que se sentía con sueño, Fue a tres kilómetros de distancia de mi residente, ya que íbamos en nuestro camino, oigo Lovina susurrando a mi oído, "Feliz año nuevo, mi amor" honestamente se deslizó mi mente, ya que no recordaba la época del año que estábamos, yo estaba lleno de felicidad.
"Te deseo lo mismo querida" le respondí.
Y ella se vuelve a dormir, miro la hora, era un minuto más de las doce, me pregunto si estaba durmiendo o no, lo que más me sorprendió fue cuando me pidió que detuviera el auto, luego abrió el bote del auto y sacó dos fuegos artificiales, lo hizo estallar en el aire y me dio el otro para que hiciera lo mismo, ya estaba hecho, me abrazó diciendo "esto es para recordar nuestro amor y para perdonar y olvidar lo que nos haya lastimado en el pasado". sus palabras fueron tan conmovedoras para mi alma y sigue siendo mágico hasta hoy.
No necesito palabras para explicar lo que sentí en ese momento, estaba tan emocionada de poder mirarla a los ojos, hasta ver el río correr, le dije que no era su culpa, más bien yo tengo la culpa, qué más necesito para ver si ella pudo demostrar su amor y cuidado hacia mí hasta este punto.
"¡Lovina! la magia son sólo palabras, pero nuestro compromiso de hoy es único", le dije.
"Gracias por tus palabras", respondió ella.
Por la mañana, ella estaba decidida a aprender mi idioma, una cosa sobre mí es que, soy un buen maestro, sé métodos para utilizar en orden a Impacts el conocimiento dentro de ti y Lovina por otra parte era un estudiante rápido, no era hasta una semana que podía hablar el dialact y fluir muy bien con él, fue una cosa de alegría también para mí, ya que no tengo que hablar mucho inglés a veces, pero nuestro dialecto que Lovina también podía entender, todo fue según el plan hasta el momento, me desperté y me di cuenta de que todo era un sueño, me golpeó por ello y desde siempre, he estado orando por este tipo de sueño a venir.
