Greetings, members of the Hive Student Connect, you're all welcome to my blog.
It's been a while since I posted something here, and I know you really missed me here.
So today, I want to share my view on what I title think before you act as a student.
A few days ago, a colleague of mine told me that she was tired of the course she was doing.
And I asked her if someone chose the curse for her, or if she chose it by herself. So she said, she chose it, and I said wow.
She was a bit surprised when I exclaimed. So I asked her what changed, and she said they're not giving her what she needed.
So I was opportuned to tell her my own side of the story, and my experiences so far. I told her what I went through before I got admitted.
I encouraged her to stay focused so that she wouldn't miss her target. She was contemplating where she would work, and I told her that she could create work for herself as a Linguist.
As a Nigerian student, you need to think carefully before you act, so that you won't blame anyone for your failure.
Your decisions should be accurate because that is what will take you to your dream place. Making a good choice is not easy, but how you're able to maneuver your way out is what people celebrate.
Strife as a student to make a good decision. But before you make any decision, pause for a while and think about it carefully. Consider if you will be able to do what's in your mind, and also consider the benefits of choosing that discipline as a student.
Thank you so much everyone .
I'm @joyben.
