Hi all this is your boy @Renk, as a Noodles Enthousiast and Hot Broth Maniac, i was thinking about a compilation Of the best Ramen places You can find around USA, Europe, and Japan, I have personally Tried Most of those when i was travelling Around Tokyo and Europe.

So What is Ramen Man ?

Ramen is a Bowl of Noodles and soup composed of a broth (Made from a fermented miso paste, salt or Soy sauce base) + Delicious noodles made from wheat / potato flour…

The Broth (made from chicken bones / fish/ vegetables…) is usually cooked for a long time 4-12hours, and the noodles are cooked « à la minute »

Toppings like eggs ( Ajitama) or Roast pork slices ( Chashuu) can be added to wake your appetite.
