Who else is craving for Pizza? I was thinking about Pizza for a few days but I'm not good at making Pizza. So I was not quite sure if I can make it perfect this time. But fortunately, it was not that disappointing. I'm quite happy actually.

Pizza with sauce

I'm not good at baking. And pizza is not my thing. I always order it online or dine out. It's not like I never tried to make it at home but failed. It never tasted good. But this time, it was the best. I think I have learned from my failure.

I made an 8" Pan Pizza. Youtube was my only hope. This time I tried to follow every step properly and use the best cheese I have. I put some beef and corn also. I don't know if you love corn on pizza or not but I quite like it.

Making pizza dough is the hardest thing for me. I don't know why I can't make it properly. And as I use pan this time so I didn't have to worry about the 'oven temp'. That's a relief. I guess I will give it a try next time soon!

Oh, the sauce. I use ready spicy tomato sauce. Also added a bit of soya sauce and a bit tamarind sauce. It tastes quite good. I'm really happy to finally 'have a good hand' on pizza.

I was especially for my son, obviously. He was asking for pizza for a few days. The restaurants are open now but I don't have a good feeling about ordering from them in this corona situation. So, I decided to make it at home and it turns out a good decision.
