Being here in Baguio for almost 6 years, I must say that I'm already a pro in hunting down great food places. I believed that value of a food should not be basis to what it should taste . There are so many restaurants here that are overly priced and that their food is not palatable enough as to what it appears to be. A good restaurant/cafe must not only consider the ambiance or the instagrammable look of their food, they should have a menu that will cater any customer type that are planning to dine with them. The food should also be delicious and satisfying. One cafe I highly recommend is the Quoted Cafe, located at V Hotel in Legarda Road. All the criterias I'm looking to a cafe is all there. Great food, amazing ambiance, hospitable staff, and off course the price is constitutional I must say. What more can I asked for. It is a cafe we should all go to.
