What would you do if you have a hard week ahead and only a few hours to rest in the confort of your own home?
馃崻 馃崻 Bake cookies!! 馃崻 馃崻
In this world there are so many things to enjoy, and a good Chocolate Chip Cookie is one of them. For me, a good cookie has to have a balance between crunchyness and gooeyness, and this recipe gets you just that. The outside is crunchy and the center is soft and gooey and delicious.
It is also perfect because if you don't have eggs you can still make the recipe, and even indulge a little bit of cookie dough as you make them.
Let's get to it!!
I use salted butter because I didn't find unsalted. But if you have it, use that.
Enjoy with a cup of coffee or with a glass of cold milk.
You can gift them as well and everyone will love for it!
