I was deeply in love with that girl, but suddenly she changed her mind. It was a big shock for me and I could never be the same.

Although it was not even that this was my first breakup. Earlier, I used to adopt a strategy to get over the breakup. I used to go out, get drinks and forget everything. Then I used to repeat all the same things.

After some time, most of my friends stopped calling me, because everyone gets busy with their life. The friends who had promised to come did not come, and I was feeling alone.

Dear readers, if you have gone through such a situation, how would you come out of it?

But it never worked, because you can never really forget. Can’t forget completely. So last year I did something different.

At 30, I left the city of Moscow. For the last 27 years, the city in which she was living, I went far away from that city. After the breakup of the relationship, I wanted to escape from that mental state whose fear is constantly built inside me.

The fear of meeting your ex on the bus, streets, or any other corner of the city is just unbearable. And all this could happen in half a second. Once a person suffers it in his life, then it becomes difficult to recover.

At such a time, the question in front of me was whether anything could help me in recovering from a breakup? Is there really a way to handle heartbreak in a positive way? I guess not, but I will have to live in the same way for the rest of my life.
