I. Dialogue: Dialogue requires facilitation so that people listen, learn and discuss to foster an environment of active, inclusive participation. It enables community members to constructively address issues that effect them in their daily lives. In Nigeria context government gives a little or no forum to the civil Society to have dialogue. For how long have people yearned for confab before it was recently organized? Yet there is limit to what they could discuss and above all would the decisions taken there see the light of the day no one can say.
