@camillesteemer is back

Hi all,

I just want to warn users that @camillesteemer is back. You can see that the account has been powering up as many new smaller accounts are powering up their funds to keep the down voting effort going on.

So my point is that with the new feature of free downvotes this kind of activity is being abused as well. In a pretty small scale I'm not sure if they are able to coordinate an attack that will deeply impact a users reputation or ability to earn rewards. With #newsteem I'm not sure how we could possibly detect and fight back or ideally just let them stay in the shadow without harming new users and specially smaller accounts.
