This community had 700+ members at one point. Because DClub is located in South America and, at the time, Venezuelans were trying to survive, this community was started. Some told me that it took a week to gather 5 million bolivars to get a day's worth of food. It took a week to gather that much paper cash, even if you had a balance in your bank account. Then Brazil had pulled Lula out of jail and ran him into the presidency there. Then Bolsonaro was jailed and the whole country came out to protest. What a mess. It did no good - Governments are corrupt everywhere but these two countries sparked the idea to open the DClub community.
This club was invented in order to use the voting system on Hive in order to help people get the cash or cash deposits they needed in order to eat and live a dignified life. Thanks to Orinoco, users could easily change out Hive for a bank deposit to their bank account (Venezuela). We have some large accounts that followed this club and chose to do their voting here with the agreement that if you receive a vote, you would repay that kindness with votes to other people in the club.
Everyone votes for everyone in the club.
That dynamic gives reputation boosts and followers to build each other's accounts,that is if everyone does the voting and following here on Hive, preferring DClub members. But it turned out that people got interested in things like appics, liketu and other communities like gems or photography lovers to try for more votes. DClub got neglected. New users that were brought in to Hive and DClub were getting 2 or 3 votes plus votes from the bigger accounts. That looks bad when someone from outside DClub when they come in and see that kind of dynamic. Some of those accounts that were neglected had been brought in by our sponsors, you know, the voters that gave DClub members those juicy votes.
If new users are ignored, resulting in frustration, lack of support or down-votes, they quit the platform. They were not given the same support that the South American members were given. So, DClub was not working as designed.
People came to DClub, posted at their habitual time, then you would not see them for another 26 hours. Then they post again and are gone until the next day. This is called lack of engagement and the outsiders, the ones who like to blacklist people, would see the whole community as possible frauds.

and the people you vote for keep their money - it costs you nothing to make a vote.
Anyone can be successful here on hive. Make quality, human written content or videos. Post them in the DClub Community. Then read, comment and vote on others who are posting in the club.
Results
Since nobody has the intention to return votes to those who make the club work, the club has has no choice but to find new members. So, we are back in business.

- Create decent, original content. English or Spanish - all good.
- Comment and follow people in the club.
- Vote for the new comers who are starting out.
- Vote for the old timers to give them more success.
- ---(some of them have a lot of voting power and will vote for you too.)
Acknowledge or even answer people who comment. Unanswered comments is a sign that you are not a real person - then they vote negatively on you and blacklist you.
DClub should be a highly cooperative club that works.
