GOOD BYE MY OLD SHOES

Hii hive runners, its me again.
In the previous post, I said that I would tell you about my shoe experience, and why did I buy new shoes again? Even though I still have other shoes that I haven't worn in a long time and rarely wear.

My old shoes that I bought last April, turned out to be uncomfortable when using them, maybe because it's been more than 100km? This was only felt when I ran on the previous car free day (I told you in the previous post). After the run, for some reason my legs hurt when walking, whereas during the 5km run, my legs didn't hurt. Unfortunately, because after the run I still had an event to meet my friend, I continued walking again without changing my shoes, but the longer I walked, the more my feet hurt.

In addition to making my feet hurt, the outsole of my old shoes also turned out to be almost thinning, and that was only on one side because my array form was still wrong.

And, yep, these are my new shoes, this is a local product, the information is that this is the latest series from the brand, called Hyperglade 3.1, previously I also had the same series, Hyperglade 3.0.

Then what's the difference with the previous one? Both have lightweight materials,
But this hyperglide 3.1 has a good upper, does not make it hot when running far (I tried it when participating in 10k). They also claim, this shoe can be used for daily runs, long runs, easy runs, and recovery runs.

Although the midsole uses rapid foam, and is soft, but I still feel the insole is hard. So it made me a little uncomfortable.
And one more thing, they also claim this shoe is very supportive for the ankle, in order to minimize the risk of injury. But I think this part feels uncomfortable, because the toe is not closed.
And the price of this shoe is still affordable, not too much. (psstt, these shoes are always sold out in all market places and resellers).

So Yeah,, this is my new shoes.
