Today's work is titled:

The reverence of two birds.

MY MATERIALS.

The materials I used on this occasion were: watercolor, pen, India ink, white acrylic, my watercolor brushes, FABRIANO cardboard, Panasonic LUMIX FZ47 camera, Adobe Photoshop digitalization program, for digital modifications and Power Point, to convert the images to jpg format.

STEP BY STEP PROCESS.

Friend viewer, follower and faithful follower, today's beautiful illustration was made in an analog way, which shows the scene of two birds (ducks), which bow to each other Yes, which I show from the simple steps of a simple doodle, to the necessary details of completion, which I hope is to your liking.

THE BEGINNING.

I start with a stain in Chinese ink, made with a nib, in which I made some strokes, which to many will seem like a simple doodle, but which will be transformed as we advance, in the realization of the work.

With the help of a brush and some water, I was shaping the bird, but now I show you the tip of a pen, to give you to understand that I will continue working with the pen.

Again, I drew another doodle with the help of my pen.

While I drew the silhouette of the bird in detail, and part of the ground where it is, with a pen, with the intention of having the sketch to guide me in the process.

With a wet brush, that is, using the wash technique, I stain the support with the Indian ink, with the intention of placing the ground with the darkest tones that go from the lightest grays to the darkest tones, and the sky of the illustration, with very subtle tones, of soft grays.

Now is the time to give some color to the work pictorial, adding strong orange watercolor, in some parts of the birds, and some sepia below on the ground but faint, as shown in the slide.

With the help of a fine-tipped brush and watercolor of different shades of green, make some outstanding wild mounts, which brighten up the color of the illusion.

Observe how with a brush something disheveled, I continue to be part of that wild vegetation, which I now represent with pink flowers.

With some more stains of India ink and the help of a spray bottle with water, I sprayed the sky part, to obtain the different shades and the texture, which make me visualize the clouds in the sky, in addition, I worked with greenish tones the distant vegetation on the horizon.

DIGITAL DETAILS.

With the help of the digital program Adobe Photoshop, I made some important details, such as: the sun (made using the digital airbrush technique and the yellow and orange colors), in the central part of the illustration, as the spectator who illuminates the gesture of the two birds, the effect of the sky and the movement of the water in the river, and the reflection of the sun in it, have given rise to the illustration entitled:

The bow of two birds.
