I am going to share a carrot cake recipe that is very easy to make. Mix everything and baked!
In the recipe use regular flour, but you can make it healthier with wholemeal flour.
Let's do it!
| Ingredients |

| 3/4 cup of oil |
| 1/4 cup of water |
| 1/2 cup of sugar |
| 1/2 Cup of brown sugar |
| 3 eggs |
| 2 cups of grated carrot |
| 1 teaspoon of cinnamon |
| 10 grams of baking powder. |
| 1 3/4 cup flour |
If you want you can also add:
| 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts. |

| Raisins to taste |
First we integrate the dry ingredients well.
Then we add the rest of the ingredients and finish everything very well.
Bake at 155 degrees for 40 minutes
And finally the result! to enjoy!
