I really believe with what they say that you are what you eat, because right now, my problem is how could I stop gaining weight if there are tempting viands in front of me and I am the one who cooked? Today guys, I’m gonna share the recipe of this home made Pansit. It’s my family’s favorite.
My Own Version of Pansit
Ingredients:
🍜Fresh Miki or pansit (fresh noodles)
🥓Pork belly
👨🍳Red bell pepper
👨🍳Ground pepper
👩🍳Cabbage
🧅Onion
👨🍳Soy sauce
👨🍳Salt
👨🍳Magic sarap for seasoning
🧄Garlic
👨🍳Water
🫛Baguio beans
The process:
The meat has less oil as I absorbed it on the pan by heating them first until the fats come out. It’s better to be health conscious because like I said, “you are what you eat.” We become sick because we eat everything that our tongue has craved and those foods are truly unhealthy. So it is my idea. The meat is even crunchier but not hard. It is still tender. The idea of adding it more water is optional too and the effect is also tasty like “Lomi. You can both eat it with rice or with loaf bread during snacks. I prefer it with bread and the combination of both is heavenly for me. Try it!
