Introduce
Vietnam is one of top rice export in the world, main food of Vietnamese people made from rice so you can find many many dishes made from rice in Vietnam like noodle, cake, candy, rice milk ...
Today, I'll introduce a famous dish noodle, I think you hear it at least one time when you live in Vietnam, this is Quang style noodle.
Mi Quang
What make Mi Quang different with others? I think because of the wide yellow turmeric noodle and the broth
the wide yellow turmeric noodle: different with others noodle, Quang style noodle had the wide width, yellow color because the material not only rice powder, but also mixed with turmeric.
the broth: to cook the good broth, you must cook with pork and dried shrimp or chicken, duck, crab or fish living in rice field. Have many way to cook the broth but the great broth must be yellow, slightly gelatinous and attractive smell.
Mi Quang broth not cover the noodle completely like Pho, it only enough to barely cover the noodles and when you mix with side vegetable, it's look like perfect noodle salad
The menu and price
I have a chance go to Pleiku city and I eat Mi Quang at here, not at original taste of Mi Quang but it's still great. I selected Mi Quang with snakehead.
Price of bowl is 25000 VND (~ 1.1$), very cheap when compare with Ho Chi Minh city about quality and taste.

Located and Space
Located at Pleiku, Gia Lai province. you can find this restaurant at address: 326 Pham VAn Dong street, Dong Da district, Pleiku city, Gia Lai province. And name of restaurant:
Pleiku is a place known as forest country, so all most item at here and by wood, as you see, all table and chair are made by wood.
Note
The restaurant only open on the morning and close quite early, about 10AM so you should go here early if you want eat Mi Quang at breakfast.
And if you want to eat original taste of Mi Quang, you should go to central provinces like Da Nang, Quang Nam, where Mi Quang was born to enjoy it.
