The other day I wanted to prepare a refreshing drink because winter is saying goodbye and summer is near so the temperatures are starting to rise and with the fruits I had at home I prepared this refreshing recipe, this drink does not have a specific name, I named it 'summer flavor' I had the inspiration of an orange and strawberry cocktail.

150ml Cold water.
Strawberries 50g.
6 ice.
35g sugar.
20 ml lemon.
50ml orange

PREPARATION.馃
First step:Half of the drink is made of strawberry, but we will create a creamy strawberry juice, but to achieve its creaminess, foam and intense color we will need to boil it, so we will place the strawberries in a pot together with the lemon juice and let it boil until we notice that the strawberry begins to release its color and become a little creamier the mixture, it usually takes 15 minutes for that consistency to happen. Add the cold water and blend until no lumps are found, keep the drink in the refrigerator while preparing the rest of the drink.

Primer paso:La mitad de la bebida es compuesta de fresa, pero vamos a crear que un cremoso jugo de fresa, pero para lograr su cremosidad, espuma y color intenso necesitaremos hervirlo, por lo cual vamos a colocar las fresas en una olla junto con el jugo de lim贸n y lo dejaremos hervir hasta que notemos que la fresa comience a soltar su color y volverse un poco m谩s cremoso la mezcla, suele demorar 15 minutos para que suceda esa consistencia. Agregaremos el agua fr铆a y licuaremos hasta que no se encuentre ning煤n grumo, guardaremos la bebida en el frigor铆fico mientras preparemos el resto de la bebida.
Second step:We are going to cut and squeeze our natural orange in case you are using the fruit or if you are using a juice, you will fill half of the glass. Then to decorate the glass we are going to paint the sugar, you can generate this color with the strawberry juice or a gel colorant, I used both options. With a drop of coloring and a spoon we will not stop stirring until we notice that our sugar is red.

Segundo paso:Vamos a cortar y exprimir nuestra naranja natural en caso de que est茅s utilizar la fruta o si utilizas un jugo, llenar谩s hasta la mitad del vaso. Luego para decorar el vaso vamos a pintar el az煤car, puedes generar este color con el jugo de la fresa o un colorante en gel, yo utilice ambas opciones. Con una gota de colorante y una cuchara no pararemos de revolver hasta que notemos que nuestra az煤car es color rojo.
Third step:It is time to prepare the drink, we will place the sugar around the mouth of the glass and a teaspoon to generate a red shade from under the orange juice. Finally we will add the pieces of ice and the creamy strawberry juice that we had kept in the refrigerator.
