Wee! It's so hot today, water you doin'!
This year's summer feels like hotter than the previous ones. Last summer I visited my hometown and spent a lot of time at the beach, and I hope to visit any nice beach after this lockdown, Bohol would be fine. 😁
So, I did my workout today close to noon, not a good idea. Oh well, at least it was windy, made up with the sunny weather.
I had fun doing some cardio, and a little strength training using my resistance band. Then I spent about 30 mins just walking around the area to kill time.
