Given the expected challenges ahead with my schedule, I was at the hotel gym early for a workout. I was still tired as travel and my schedule has been limiting my sleep so I did not push things too much at the gym. I did a quick half hour jog on the treadmill at a moderate pace. I ended with a short cooldown before getting my day started. I did have a good meal afterwards to try to energize my day. Work was very busy as expected which made me happy that I had my early start. It meant less concern on getting my activity in the evening as I focused on catching up on some things while resting. Food, as usual in while traveling, is a challenge so probably will have some impacts on my progress.
