Greetings to all Hive users and SWC athletes! I hope you are doing very well and continue with the spirit and discipline to carry out your training. On this occasion, I want to share a session full of good energy and differentiated work, adapting the loads to the specific objectives of each of my students.
Dear readers, the night atmosphere at the bar park has a special mystique that invites constant self-improvement. Night had already fallen and the bar park, despite the hour, was very full and active. It is in these moments of high attendance that the community is strengthened; between laughs and jokes we decided to focus a bit on our routines, finding the perfect balance between camaraderie and the rigor that our sport demands.
As a guide, my job is to identify each athlete's goals to enhance their individual capabilities. My student Cristian is someone who rarely performs static and dynamic exercises; he is someone who prefers to be in shape, therefore I assigned him a routine of lunges and Bulgarian squats. This focus on the lower body is fundamental to maintaining a balanced aesthetic and a solid strength base. On the other hand, static pushing work was the priority for the rest of the team; I assigned my student Rafael a straddle planche routine composed of straddle planche push-ups, tucked planche push-ups and straddle planche holds.
Throughout the day, I was focused on performing the best possible technique in each exercise that I supervised, correcting back alignment in the push-ups and depth in the Bulgarian squats. Seeing Rafael hold the straddle planche with greater solidity confirms that the pushing volume is yielding results. We left the park extremely satisfied with the work done, knowing that regardless of whether the goal is aesthetics or skill, the key will always be movement quality and consistency.
Without anything more to add, I bid farewell. Stay tuned for future posts! Until next time!
