Training at Simbolos Xtremos
Three days ago, I visited Caracas, the capital of my country, and without thinking twice, the first thing I did was go to the most famous calisthenics park in the city.
After a long trip of several hours, I managed to arrive in Caracas. Just putting a foot on the ground, feeling the cold air, and watching the macaws flying calmly in the sky made me realize that I was indeed in a very different place from my city of residence.
I went to the S铆mbolos Xtremos park; the area around it is made up of bustling avenues, neat parks, and trees that provide shade to all passersby. Upon arriving at the S铆mbolos Xtremos bar circuit, I realized that the area wasn't extremely large, but it was very cozy and pleasant. There are many types of bars to practice various skills, and best of all, the sand covering the entire floor makes it very comfortable to train and prevents falls. The place is very well painted, the athletes who frequent it are very friendly, and the weather is even better. I trained with several friends I made that same day; we did muscle-ups and static holds like straddle planche and front lever. It was a very pleasant experience; I hope to return to this place soon someday.
Stepping into a new city's calisthenics culture immediately shifts your perspective. Exchanging the familiar coastal heat for the cool mountain air of Caracas, surrounded by calm-flying macaws, sets an entirely different tone for a workout session.
The sandy ground and vibrant painted bars of S铆mbolos Xtremos offer a welcoming hub for athletes of all levels. I hope these images capture the welcoming atmosphere and the energy of our session at this iconic spot.
I hope you enjoyed these photographs. Without anything more to add, I bid farewell. Stay tuned for future posts! Until next time!
隆Hasta la Pr贸xima!
