Hello Hive Gamers! Today I bring you the twenty-fourth chapter of my campaign in Great Conqueror 2: Shogun. In this session, I focused entirely on securing the surrounding territory of the South Shinano fortress while mobilizing my brand-new army toward the province of North Omi.

Having already captured the Shinano stronghold and installed my new cannon turret, I set about blasting the remaining enemy units to pieces. Remember that heavy Takeda Hatamoto cavalry unit that had been lurking around for quite a while? Well, once the immediate Nagao threat was neutralized, I finally managed to surround it with a coordinated force of cavalry, infantry, and archers, striking all at the same time until it was completely wiped off the map.

Meanwhile, over on the western side of the map, I assembled and recruited a brand-new army composed of a large Ashigaru archer unit, a heavy cavalry unit, and two Yari samurai units. I moved them rapidly toward North Omi, where the capital of the hostile Asai clan—who recently declared war on me—is located. To my surprise, I found that rival clans already have the capital under siege! Because of this, I am positioning my units to launch a swift, coordinated, and devastating strike the moment the fortress weakens so that I can snatch the prize right out from under them.

¡Hola Gamers de Hive! Hoy les traigo el vigésimo cuarto capítulo de mi campaña en Great Conqueror 2: Shogun. ¡En esta ocasión me encargué de asegurar los alrededores de la fortaleza de Shinano del Sur y de movilizar las tropas de mi nuevo ejército hacia la provincia de Omi del Norte!

Con la fortaleza de Shinano ya bajo mi control y la nueva torreta instalada, me dispuse a eliminar a las unidades restantes a puro cañonazo limpio. ¿Recuerdan aquella unidad de caballería pesada Hatamoto del clan Takeda que llevaba rondando por ahí desde hacía rato? Bueno, una vez mitigada la amenaza del clan Nagao, pude rodearla con unidades de caballería, infantería y arqueros para, acto seguido, atacar todos al mismo tiempo hasta reducirla a cenizas.

Por otro lado, al oeste del mapa recluté un nuevo ejército compuesto por una gran unidad de arqueros Ashigaru, una unidad de caballería pesada y dos unidades de samuráis Yari. Los moví rápidamente hacia Omi del Norte, donde yace la capital del clan Asai, el cual me declaró la guerra hace poco. ¿Cuál fue mi gran sorpresa? ¡Que otros clanes rivales ya tienen la capital sitiada! Así que acercaré mis unidades sigilosamente para lanzar un ataque coordinado y contundente todos al mismo tiempo justo cuando la fortaleza esté débil, asegurándome así la victoria y el botín.
