There is nothing like being independent, free, doing things at a convenient time.
Bouncing over someone success is someone who feed, survive from someone's efforts which referred to as "Boss". The boss feeds from both manager and other staffs and the manager feeds on staffs while the staffs feeds on know body.
Every one wants to get employed and we can only be rich with any work we gets but we can't get wealthy.
Looking round the world to those who is wealthy today, they surely have one or two business(s) they are involved at or have shares in different companies.
That's more reasons the wealthy people around talk, advice to get one or two business because they know the benefits, for instance you can't work for a whole day which is 24hours but as a business man you can work for over 300hrs to 400hrs in a day. It sound like magic?
No, that's the reality, when you have up to 40 to 50 staffs that are working for you every day, and at least each of them will spend nothing less than 7hrs to 8hrs at work, now calculate the 8hrs multiply by 40 or 50 staffs, so obviously the boss automatically working for 20,000 hrs perday why the staff are only working for just 8 hrs for themselves, directly or indirectly a business man is bouncing over someone success though he or she uses his money to start and starting business is very risky, we all know the owner bear the risk. There fore to get the wealth, you must do things in different ways, must work beyond others work that's when you will get the result others don't get.
So by this, there is no amount of money the staff will be earning that will make him or her get richer than the boss except he had another working place. That's reasons it very important for everyone to invest and not to save money. Money that is being saved could be easily withdraw out for something but when you invest it will be somehow hard to withdraw it for planned and unplanned event.
