I am pleased to share this fascinating watercolor art by an artist named Sugahara. I'm told the piece is called "My Town 'B'". From the signature, it appears it was dated 1963. I acquired it a few years back from a relative that had passed on...so, I don't know much about it.
I would love to know more about the artist and if there are more pieces like it.
The signature.
Let me know what you think. And, if you have any info about it, please comment. Thanks!
