These day planes are in news for some good or bad reason. The recent #flydubai incident has made a dent to all the beautiful flying experience that we enjoyed. Be it your first experience or 100th each flight make us joyous. At least for people like me who are not a regular flyer. We often make use of every flying opportunity and try to bring back some fond memory. This time I had the privilege of watching the glittering earth from top that made me awe and leaves behind a wonderful flying experience to my heart. It is always wonderful to get the eagle view of our beautiful earth. Rightly so, I managed to capture some glowing view of the lands at night from my window seat.

The #flydubai incident has made air travel bit scary. I had may last flight way before the incident happened. It was my tour wrapping up flight from Southern India. The flight was from Bangalore to Kolkata. Sitting on the window seat after a long, I was completely enjoying the view sitting comfortably inside. My flight was in evening and I was sure that while landing at Kolkata I might able to enjoy some glittering view. And my guess comes out true. Seeing the entire city from top gives me an amazing feeling. Something that I would cherish for long.

My seat was just behind the right flying wings. While capturing the outside view of night the flickering lights on the wings gives me some stunning Red spot. I did not noticed in beginning but the flashing red light made me observe it closely and thankfully I clicked the camera button on time to get a Perfect Red line from the window.

My co-passenger sitting in the middle seat too trying to take a view over my shoulder. Seeing the long golden stretch he even asked is that river Ganga? It was his innocence, that put a smile on my face, he does not know that, streets and highways look like moving rivers of gold and white headlights from cars and trucks. The eagle view from the window is majestic. As soon as the plane descends in air, the night view getting more clearer. As the a plane prepare to lands at night, an illuminated city appears as a sprawling, glowing grid of golden streetlights, dotted with the bright red and green clusters of traffic signals and tall building beacons. The entire cities look like giant circuits or living constellations, where individual streets, cars, and buildings merge into a soft, golden sea of light.

The sight recalled back the chaotic scene of the city. From the ground level, the city has traffic, dust, noises and densely populated. But from the top it appears to be a scattered stardust. We were in nowhere land flying at an altitude high above the noise and up in the air. We were in between the sky and land, only the pilot voices breaks the silence in between my thoughts. I was enjoying the moment as the plane swivel around the sky giving us all the opportunity to capture the stunning view.

It was not only me who was crazy at that moment. I looked around and many passengers were doing the same things - taking the aerial view of the land.

I think the view has repaid my cost of traveling in the aeroplane. The night aerial view from an airplane window was quite appealing. It transforms ordinary city grids and landscapes below into mesmerizing, twinkling constellations of artificial light. Flying high above scattered lights creates the illusion of floating directly through space, as if the ground below has mirrored the starry sky above. It was worth viewing the ground from such a height.

In good faith - Peace!!
