Taking a short break from Hive🥲

"Good day, my wonderful and supportive people of Hive! 😊 I hope you're all doing well.

For me, the past few weeks have been a challenge as I prepare for my second Veterinary professional/Promotional examinations. I've been experiencing exam fever and fear, which has been overwhelming. Every time I try to write a prompt or do something online, the fear kicks in.

I thought I cope with both 🥺

As a Veterinary Medicine student, I've heard stories about the strict studying requirements, especially in my school. There's no room for carryovers, but there is an option for resits after each examination. If a student fails a course after resitting, they'll automatically repeat the class. If they still fail, they'll be withdrawn from the college.

We started with over 100 students, and now we're down to 68 in 400level. Some repeated a class, while others couldn't cope and had to leave. This upcoming exam is a promotional exam from para clinics to clinics, which is adding to my fear.

I want to let you all know that I'll be taking a short break from Hive for my exams prep. I'm sadly trading my prompts for textbooks 😄 I'll miss writing, but it's all for good. I promise to be back by September, fully focused.
