**Not an Ally**.

*One of the most challenging lessons we face in life is to learn that not everybody standing next to you is standing with you.*
*Some of them vanish when you're challenged, but some applaud you when you're at ease. Others smile around you but secretly their wish for your life is to fail.*
*That is the reason you have to start knowing who really is an ally. A real friend will always inspires you when you feel like quitting, celebrates your achievements, and helps you to progresse every single day. They don't steal your value or rival your dreams.*
*Someone who constantly dampens your objectives, fuels your insecurities, or just shows up when they need something from you is not an ally. Knowing this is insight, not resentment.*
*Avoid wasting your energy in wrong gardring, trying to get over every challenges, never devoted to your success folks. Rather, concentrate on your goals, focuse on the trank, guard your peace, and surround yourself with people who really want to see you flourish.*
***Finally**, knowing who is not an ally is equally as vital as knowing who is. The right individuals person will lift you; the wrong ones will keep you back. Choose your circle with care and never let anyone discourage you from becoming the person you were meant to be. Peace.*
