Today I went for an after work run up the mountain. I tried to run more relaxed, because I had a light cold the past few days. The views of the setting sun and the nature along the way were really rewarding and made me forget about the low performance of the run :D In total I was able to run 13km and 700 vertical meters before it started getting dark.
