I made Fudge and Cloud Bread for the first time.
They both turned out great.
I will share the recipes below.
3 Large or Jumbo Eggs
-separate the yolks and egg whites
1/4 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
-it is a spice not an actual cream
1 Tablespoon White Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat egg whites and cream of tarter together in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
Mix egg yolks, cream cheese, and sugar together in a separate bowl using a wooden spoon and then mixing with a hand-held egg beater until mixture is very smooth and has no visible cream cheese.
Gently fold egg whites into cream cheese mixture, taking care not to deflate the egg whites.
Carefully scoop mixture into the prepared baking sheet, forming 5-6 "buns".
7 Oz Jar Marshmallow Cream
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Teaspoons Salt
3 Cups Chocolate Chips
1 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2)Bring to a full boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until thick.
3)Remove from heat and pour in the chocolate chips stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
4)Pour in prepped chill in fridge for 2 hours or until firm.
