What would life be like without a friend like you
I will tell you, as it is no longer being free?
Alone and so empty within me.
Hiding my sorrow underneath the tree.
Imagine what life would be so sad and blue
To go through life without that special you.
I know you need me as much as I do
My only wish is to be with you
Though, I know we live so far away
Through the internet we are like, castaways
Never get to touch or hug you for this I only pray
Share my joy and my thoughts with you everyday.
For someday, I hope we can meet again
Walking, holding hands on the street
To hug, laugh and to dance to the beat
To have you, I know this would be a treat.
Impossible as it is, for now this is all I see
Being with my good friend, here with me
