My Actifit Report Card: December 15 2021....Wednesday Walk 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠
Hello everyone 👋,
Happy hump day 😎🎉, merry Christmas 🎄 and happy Holidays 🎈 to you all. Hopefully your day is going well ☺️, I have had a great mid week and it's just about that time to wind down and call it a day 🙌. Before that let's quickly take a look at how it went including some of the trending stories I came across. Here we go again 💨.
We had a drizzly morning ☔ but I managed to squeeze in an hour and a half of some fast paced action. Brisk walking 👣 and jogging around the neighborhood before heading back indoors as the rain got heavier ☺️.
Back indoors, I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going and so did the plannedemic vaccinations 😱. The govt really urging people to get vaccinated, as they claim that omicron will soon overwhelm us😵.
Globally, the same situation as numbers of positive cases spiked in most European countries 😱. Politics heating up as Boris Johnson faced a rebuke in UK parliament. Turns out he'd been having parties during last year's lockdown 😹.Elsewhere in Germany, Olaf Scholz formally addressed parliament as new chancellor 👏. In Russia, Putin had a virtual talk with his Chinese counterpart Xi.
Stoners in Malta are a happy lot as cannabis use has been legalized🙌👏.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin is up to 49k this evening after staying at 46k throughout the day.
Most analysts predicting a bullish 🐂 jump in prices even as uncertainty and fear index rose.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries and then made it back home 🏡 for my usual nap 💤.
I woke up some time early evening and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
In the US, president Biden stopped by in Kentucky to see that tornado damage. Meanwhile secretary of state Anthony Blinken had to cut short his Asian tour after some people in his entourage tested positive for covid 😱..
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. I had a wonderful slow paced walk and later made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
So that was Wednesday and I wanna thank you for reading this far 👏. I truly appreciate your continued support 🙏 and love 💕. Sending back that love 💞 and lots of blessings 👼😇 to everyone.
Check me out yet again tomorrow on an amazing throwback Thursday ☺️. Until then keep stepping and enjoying yourselves to the max 💯.Please stay safe, take care and good bye 💖💕💖
