My Actifit Report Card: June 24 2021.....Throwback Thursday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Thursday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. As always glad that you stopped by yet again 👏. The day is quickly fading away and I am raring to go with the trending news and how my stepping went today. Let's go 💨
Just like yesterday, I kicked off early with the brisk walking 👣 and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. The cool morning breeze 🍃 had me moving fast and enjoying the session too 😉.
At ten o'clock, I detoured and headed back home 🏡. Indoors I showered 🚿 and rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally the usual political shenanigans 😹. The WRC safari rally returned to Africa for the first time since 2002. This is a motor racing event for rally cars that will be held from 24 to 27 June. They were flagged off from Nairobi this afternoon 👏.
Globally, the trending story was from somewhere in Canada. Over 700 unmarked graves were discovered at a former indigenous boarding school. The murder or mis treatment of children is really the height of wickedness 😬, doesn't matter what race they are. Poor innocent souls, only God knows what happened those many years ago. Elsewhere, Warren Buffet resigned from the Bill and Melinda foundation 😹, I wonder why. A building collapsed in Miami but I didn't get the full story as to the cause of that.
Over in crypto land bitcoin still continued it's sideways movement hanging around 33 and 34k. As usual no one knows it's short term path😹. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning and tidying up chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries. Then I made it back home 🏡 for the usual nap 💤.
I woke up some time early evening feeling quite refreshed and energetic 💯.
Next, I continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news. The cooking went on too. Another trending story was the alleged suicide of John McAfee. I totally don't believe it, he must be some where on a beach with his ledger nano X counting his cryptos 😹.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk.
It was an extended walk that I totally enjoyed and I later made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
So that was Thursday and I wanna thank you for reading this far 👏. I truly appreciate your continued support 🙏 and love 💕. Sending back that love 💞 and lots of blessings 👼😇 to everyone. Let's touch base again tomorrow on an amazing high five Friday 🙌.
Until then keep stepping and enjoying yourselves to the max 💯.Stay safe and healthy out there; take care ❤️ and good bye 💖💕💖
