My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2020.... Awesome Monday 👣🏃💨🍃🙌🎉👼😇💖💞🌂😹💤😴☕🎼🎶 ⛅✨
Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Monday and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. Thank you for stopping by yet again 👏, please keep reading as I breakdown my stepping activities of the day.
Unlike yesterday, today I started early 💨. I had set the alarm and once it went off I was out of the door. Walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood in pursuit of the automaticwin.
I remember arriving home a few minutes to nine having achieved my 10k steps. Then I had a good shower 🚿 and relaxed for a while. Next I was reading news articles and watching some crypto currency videos.
I kept going and time flew by really fast. Before I knew it, it was nearly one pm. At this point I got up and decided to take a little walk around the neighborhood.
Outside it was super cloudy but the air🍃 was quite refreshing. It did start raining 🌂 so I had to hurry back indoors.
I put on some nice music 🎼 and had a lovely nap 😴 to shake off some of the fatigue from the morning session.
As always I woke up to a cup of strong tea and watched a little bit of comedy before going out for the usual sunset⛅ walk.
This time I walked around the neighborhood and main road. I didn't wanna go to the park on account of the muddiness.
I finally made it back home calling it a day and happy that everything went well 🙌.
