Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Thursday report 😊, I can smell the weekend already 😹. Really glad you stopped by and I am 100% ready to let you in on how my day has been in terms of fitness 💯.
Just like yesterday I was out and noticed that it had just stopped raining ☔. The rain had behaved and rained when I was asleep 🙌.
It was a joy walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood but I had my umbrella just in case 😱. As per routine I got back home to get ready for work 😒.
Afterwards, I collected more steps walking down the road to the bus stop.
The bus was already there and I made it to the office right on time.
I got on with my duties of the day and also finished off pending stuff from yesterday.
Lunchtime arrived faster than I had anticipated. There was some warm sunshine 🌞 that I enjoyed as I took my short walk 👣 around the streets.
I punctually reported back for the afternoon shift and kept going until it was time to close shop and commute home.
Arriving back at home I rested, relaxed and did a bit of steeming.
After re energizing on tea and snacks I was ready for the usual sunset ⛅walk. This time around the neighborhood ending up at the local park.
It was cloudy and overcast but the air 🍃 all so fresh. Came back home just before eight and called it a day 💨. Well, not before doing my push ups, the dinner, news and my usual pre-bedtime routine😹.
