My Actifit Report Card: September 30 2019........ Awesome Monday 🏃👣💪😎🎉🍃💨🙌💯🎶⛅✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Monday report 😎. The last day of September yet the first this week. Glad you stopped by and right about now allow me to quickly run you through my day.
I had aimed to start the week with a bang so the alarm was set and obeyed promptly. I walked and jogged 🏃 around the neighborhood in the wonderful morning air 🍃 .
Being a working day I had to detour and get back home to prepare for work. That happened fast and I gathered more steps walking to the main road to catch the bus.
The bus arrived after a few minutes and I made it to the office right on time 🙌. I immediately got on with the tasks of the day. I did handle some pending stuff from last week too.
At lunch time I had the usual short walk 👣 around the block. There was some nice warm sunshine 🌞 and I was happy to stretch my legs.
After that awesome session I got back for the afternoon shift. That went well, no Monday blues to report 😊.
When the time was up I headed back home where I rested and relaxed for a while. Meanwhile I did some steeming and had snacks. When my energy came back I embarked on the final sunset ⛅ walk around the neighborhood.
I walked up until the main highway then to the shopping center. I got my dinner groceries and headed back home.
At home I did my pushups, had a shower and rested some more. Later I had dinner and caught up with the evening news.
That is pretty much how my Monday passed by. Thank you so much for reading and the continued support 🙏.
