My Actifit Report Card: September 24 2019....... Terrific Tuesday 👣🏃🍃💯🙌💨🎶⛅😎✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Tuesday report 😎. So glad you stopped by yet again, let's proceed with a quick breakdown of how my day has been.
It was another early start to the day walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. That morning air was so fresh and crisp 🍃 as I made my way.
Being a working day I had to rush 💨 back home to prepare for work.
After a quick shower 🚿 , I was collecting more steps heading towards the bus stop on the main road. As always the bus was on time and I made it to the office right on time 🙌.
At the office I got going with day's tasks. It was just another ordinary Tuesday nothing special.
At lunch time I got the chance to go on the short walk 👣 around the block. There was some warm sunshine 🌞 and a fantastic breeze 🍃.
I returned for the afternoon shift and continued with my duties. When time was up I commuted back home.
At home I rested and snacked as I checked out some posts and replied to comments. After relaxing for a while, I decided to go on the usual sunset ⛅ walk. This time around the neighborhood ending up at the main road then back home again.
At home I did a few push ups, got a shower and relaxed while catching up with the evening news. I later had my dinner and now putting together this report.
