The evening walk was supposed to be the last bit of movement for the day… but somehow I kept going.
The morning started quietly with a walk, followed by some light jogging and a few simple exercises. Nothing too intense, just enough to wake up properly and get into the day with a clear head.
After that, the usual daily activities kept me moving here and there. I took a short walk after lunch, mostly to get away from sitting for too long, and then another one after dinner. The evening air felt good, so instead of heading home quickly, I extended the walk and added a little jogging along the way.
By the time I checked my tracker, it had reached 19k steps. I wasn't aiming for that number when I started the day. It just grew naturally from all those little decisions to keep moving.
I've started noticing that the most enjoyable active days aren't always the ones with a strict plan. Sometimes movement simply becomes part of the rhythm of the day, and the step count is just a quiet record of it.
Do you usually plan your walks in advance, or do you decide to go out depending on how you feel that day?
