My Actifit Report Card: September 23 2019..... Awesome Monday 👣🏃🍃😎💨👌🙌🎶⛅✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Monday report 😎. As always glad you stopped by and the following is a quick breakdown of how my day unfolded.
I had decided to kick off the week with a bang. So I had set the alarm and as soon as it went off I was out of the door 💨. Walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
Since it was a working day I had to detour and head back home to get ready for work. That happened fast and in no time I was walking towards the bus stop at main road. The bus came after a few minutes and I made it to work on time 🙌.
At the office I got on with the day's tasks. As the end of the month approaches the work gets more intense 😱.
I kept going until it was lunch time. Then went on the usual short walk 👣 enjoying the fresh air 🍃 and warm sunshine 🌞
After that awesome session I returned for the afternoon shift. That went well and I did conclude and leave when time was up.
Back at home I rested and did some steeming too. After tea and a few snacks I was ready for the sunset ⛅ walk. That happened around the neighborhood ending up at the park. It was heavily cloudy and I thought it would rain so I had an umbrella with me. However it didn't rain.
I came back home as it got darker, did some pushups and had a shower. I rested for a while, then had dinner and caught up with the news. Now putting this report together 💯.
