My Actifit Report Card: August 29 2019...... Throwback Thursday 😴👣🏃💨🌲🍃💯💪⛅☔⚡✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Thursday report 😊. Glad you stopped by and am ready to quickly breakdown how my day went in terms of fitness.
This morning the rain ☔ gave me a break. It was raining as I went to bed and I was a little worried but by morning it was over. So I enjoyed my morning walking and jogging 🏃.
As always I had to stop and get ready for work. Dashed💨 to the bus stop and caught the bus.
I made it to the office right on time and began working on some assigned tasks. I had some entries pending from yesterday so I dealt with that first. I kept going until it was lunchtime 😊.
Was happy to get the chance to stretch my legs and catch some fresh air. It was a cloudy day as I walked the streets 😬
Came back for the afternoon shift and continued with the work. That went well and when time was up I concluded for the day and commuted back home.
At home I rested, snacked, steemed as I got ready to finish off the day with the usual sunset ⛅ walk.
That happened around the neighborhood ending up at park. Walked for a while before heading back home.
I did some roll outs, took a shower, had dinner and now getting ready to post this report 😎.
I am thanking everyone who supports me and sending all of you lots of love and blessings 😇. Well appreciated🙏
Thursday is gone and I am looking forward to a fantastic high five Friday. See you again tomorrow 😊, until then its good night 😴 💤 and good bye 💖 💞💖
