Hello Everyone 👋,
Here we go again 😹. TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report. Sit back 💺 as I quickly run you through my day in terms of fitness.
So it was yet another early start for me. I had set the alarm and as soon as it went off I was out of the door. Walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood in the fantastic morning breeze 🍃.
Being a working day I had to rush back home to get ready for work 😒. After a quick shower 🚿 and some sprucing up I headed for the bus stop.
I finally made it to the office on time and immediately got down with my assigned tasks. Definitely that Friday mood was in the air. Everyone upbeat looking forward to the weekend 👌.
Soon it was lunchtime, a chance to stretch out my legs and catch some fresh air. I did just that and enjoyed that short walk.
Came back for the afternoon shift. Three hours later I was concluding and closing off for the day. I then commuted back home.
At home I rested, snacked, replied and commented on some of your posts. I did read some news articles too. When my eyes got tired I knew it was time for the usual sunset ⛅ walk.
This time around the neighborhood ending up at the park. Walked on the inside paths then the main road and back home.
On the way home I got some take out, just too tired to cook 😱.I did a few roll outs, had a shower, dinner and now typing this💨
