Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to the new week and my Monday report 😎. Here is a quick breakdown of how my day went in terms of stepping.
I had aimed to start with an automaticwin and that's just what I did. Surprisingly I woke up before the alarm went off and immediately got ready to step out. I walked and jogged 🏃 around the neighborhood in that fantastic morning breeze 🍃
I quickly came back to get ready for work. After a quick shower 🚿 I was out of the door. A brisk walk later I was at the bus stop and the bus arrived a few moments later🙌.
At the office I got going with some pending stuff from Friday. I kept at it until lunch time when I got the chance to step out and stretch my legs.
It was a largely overcast day with no sunshine but a lovely breeze going on. After my short walk I returned for the afternoon shift. That went well and when time was up I commuted back home.
I rested, snacked for about an hour and a half. Then it was time for that usual sunset ⛅ walk.
This time around the neighborhood ending up at park. I did a few rounds then headed back home. At home I did a few pushups and roll outs, took a shower, had dinner and now preparing this report 😎.
That's about it for today and am feeling a little exhausted 😴💤. So allow me to stop here and wish you lots of blessings 😇 for the continued support 🙏.
