My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2019...... Throwback Thursday 🏃👣💞👌💯🎉⛅🍃🎶👏💪💨✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
Here we go again 😎, welcome to my Thursday report 😊. I do hope that you had or are having a wonderful day. Here is a quick break down of how mine went by.
It was another early start for me walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. As always the morning breeze 🍃 was fresh and crisp as I made my way.
I could have continued walking but I had to rush back💨 and get ready for work 😒. After a quick shower 🚿 I stepped out and caught my bus just before it left.
At the office everything went well though I had lots of pending issues from yesterday. All was handled well and come lunch time I got the chance to step out into the warm sunshine 🌞
After the short stroll👣 i got back for the afternoon shift. When time was up I concluded for the day and left💨
Back at home I rested, snacked and did some steeming 🙌. Then I embarked on my final walkation of the day. That sunset walk ⛅ that always ends my day.
I ended up at the park, did a few rounds then returned home as it got darker. Did a few roll outs, got a shower, had dinner and now getting to post this🎉🙌
