My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2019.... High Five Friday 🙌😎💨👏🍃📖🏃👣💪⛅🎉🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report 😎. Can you believe it's already Friday 😱, the week has flown by really fast💨.
Glad you stopped by and ready to let you in on how my day has been 😉. So it was an early start of the day as I pursued the automaticwin 🙌. It was a chilly morning as I walked and jogged 🏃around the neighborhood.
After that awesome session I rushed back home to get ready for work. Had a quick shower 🚿 then headed to the bus stop. Caught the bus when it was just about to leave 😱.
At the office it was just another ordinary day. I was happy to learn that Monday is a public holiday 😊. So it's gonna be an extended weekend 😁
Lunchtime came with the mini walkation 👣 around the city center.
I came back for the afternoon shift. Everyone was upbeat looking forward to the long weekend as we neared the end of the day.
When time was up I commuted back home. At home I rested as I got ready for the sunset ⛅ walk🏃. It was quite cloudy so I carried my umbrella just to be on the safe side 👌.
I did some few rounds in the neighborhood and at the park before heading back home.
I finished off the day doing some skipping and roll outs. That seven77 bug is hard to shake off😹.
I later had a shower, dinner and now trying to post this.
