Hello everyone,
I trust you all had a good day. For me it was just a typical Wednesday. I spent the day at office, got slightly busy but made time for exercise this evening.
I started with a brisk walk in the neighborhood. It was better than yesterday as the skies were clear and it didn't rain. However, it was a little chilly.
Back home, I concluded with rope skipping and a few sets of squats.
I am looking forward to tomorrow, I might go for a jog depending on how I feel in the morning. Fingers crossed it doesn't rain.
