TGIF everyone and what a great day I had today. In the morning I didn't have time to do any exercise, I just got up and went to work. Later this evening I started with some rope skipping and finished off with a brisk walk around the neighbourhood. I am looking forward to the weekend and I hope you can join me tomorrow.
