It's been another ordinary day stepping it out. As always am grateful for this day, there are many who wanted to see it but didn't, so we are definitely blessed💯. Thank you for stopping by and let's quickly take a look at how my day has been including trending news from around the globe. Here we go again 💨.
So just like yesterday, I kicked off with several rounds of brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the neighborhood 🌲. Today was much warmer than yesterday so I made the most of it in the fresh morning air🍃. Then I was back indoors for a bit of resting before embarking on the little house chores around the house. Up and down and in between I kept watching the news for trending stories. Then later in the afternoon a quick stop at the shopping centre for groceries. Next, I was back indoors sleeping for the usual refreshing afternoon nap💤. The evening came in quite swiftly, I was up, cooking and watching a bit of youtube. The sunset walk came as it was almost getting dark, tonight was a beautiful full moon and Bob was out and about walking in the moonlight too. So that was my day but lets finish with some of the trending stories.
The UK trending as King Charles III was formally proclaimed UK's new monarch🙌👏. The ceremony, the first one since 1952 when Queen Elizabeth took the throne, was broadcast live for the first time. I was so used to calling him prince Charles 😹, but that changes with that ceremony. He's been waiting for long and after him in future we will have King William.
Also trending, Ukrainian forces continue to retake territory in the Kharkiv region as Russians reportedly abandon key cities of Kupyansk and Izyum. Ukraine is having a rapid advance as they catch the Russians off guard😹. If only the Russians can retreat and go back home, that would be amazing💯.
Trending in Asia, South Koreans are celebrating the Chuseok or harvest festival. Most people travel to their home times but for the past two years covid had dampened the getting together. This year people can travel but there is complaints of high prices of foodstuffs😱.
