Life is a journey between two points.
Once it starts,
You can’t look back,
You can’t hold on to anything,
But the two points – as two poles do hold together
One another.
Constantly,
you are reasoning the other end
Which you see quite starkly,
but that eludes you forever.
And suddenly you reach the brink
Still about several feet away
from the other end,
there is a dark abyss in between,
Perhaps a smooth or a bumpy slope
You can’t stop, only resist,
But must go on,
Till you meet the end point –
The full stop.
