Disney+ announced the series of SHE HULK , so we're going to see SHE HULK very soon.
Tatiana Maslany is playing She Hulk character and in this series we are going to see Mark Ruffalo as Hulk too. The mcu takes characters from the comics but doesn't exactly copy the comic's storyline. They modify and create new storylines for movies and series. But don't worry I will tell you the origin according to the storyline of the comic.

ORIGIN OF SHE HULK
She Hulk first appeared in the 1980 comic series The Savage She Hulk. She Hulk's real name is Jennifer Walter. He is basically bruce banner aka hulk's cousin. One day Banner comes to Jennifer's office after a long time. Jennifer is very happy to see him and asks him where he has been all these years, why he did not come. Banner then says that the military and police are after him, so he is very worried about his normal life. Jennifer then asks him why the police and military are after him. Then banner tells Jennifer for the first time that he is a hulk. Jennifer is surprised to hear this and says these things are not here. Let's go home and talk
Then Jennifer and Banner go home in their car. But behind them some criminals continue to follow to kill Jennifer. When Jennifer got out of the car, the criminals shot at Jennifer as soon as she got out of the car. The water continues to hit them, and the banner takes Jennifer home. After seeing the banner through the window, the criminal could not kill Jennifer and left.
banner then takes Jennifer to the home of a doctor next door. But as there was no one in the house, Banner broke down the door and entered the house.
Since it was the doctor's house, all the medical equipment was there. Banner then began treating Jennifer herself. Jennifer was bleeding profusely from being shot in the body, so giving her blood was very urgent. Finding no way, Banner himself was forced to give him blood. Banner knew that giving blood would cause gamma radiation to seep into Jennifer's body, but he still gave blood to save his cousin. Shortly after donating blood, Jennifer's senses returned and she survived. Banner then called the police and told them about the attack on Jennifer. Then the banner leaves before the police get there because he knows Jennifer and now can be transformed into a hulk so he has no fear. The police then came and admitted Jennifer to a hospital.

But even there, the criminals come to kill Dr. Sage Jennifer. Whenever they set out to kill Jennifer, Jennifer turns into She Hulk for the first time because of a lot of stress and anger. Seeing her being She Hulk, the criminals try to escape by lifting her, but She Hulk breaks the lift and goes to kill them. But the criminals tried to get in the car and run away. She Hulk then broke a lamppost and threw it at the car, causing it to crash. Then She Hulk is about to kill them when she sees all the townspeople and some cops watching her, so she runs back to the hospital without killing the criminals and turns from She Hulk to Jennifer and lies down in her cabin and acts like she never got out of her cabin.
Jennifer has the special quality that when she is She Hulk her mind is intact which means she can control She Hulk which Bruce Banner cannot. This was the reason She Hulk could go to the hospital and become Jennifer again. Since she was able to control She Hulk, she decided to stay in She Hulk form permanently. After becoming She Hulk, she works for Avengers, Fantastic Four, Shield one by one.
